The Pavilion provides programming, lounge, and meeting spaces for Laurel Village. The Pavilion is pursuing the first LEED Platinum certification on main campus. Over 88% of the material from the deconstruction of the Lory Apartments was recycled, repurposed, reused, or otherwise diverted from the landfill. The Pavilion features innovative energy-saving features including a katabatic tower.
